Five Oaks Associates’ owner and manager, Gary Dorr, started the company in 2000. We began in commercial construction doing mostly medical and institutional work, and added historical renovation.

In addition to commercial work 5 Oaks also does residential construction projects. We don’t have a cookie cutter template for residential projects, but approach each as a custom project based on what the customer wants and needs. Some customers come to us with a plan, while others need remodeling or a custom designed floor plan. We work with them as needed to help them get the home they desire.

No matter the type of project, 5 Oaks is there to serve the customer. We have the experience and knowledge to help our customers to make wise decisions throughout the building process; we will work with our customers to accomplish the best possible end result.
